Responsibilities:

Conceptual pitch work targeting new business, design of tender documents for some of our existing client base,
promotional design work of printed assets from brochures to stationery to posters to large format banners etc.

Conceiving packaging designs in 3D format in Photoshop and then producing working prototypes with cutter guides. Overseeing social media content and rebranding the YPS / YCS business look as a whole whilst managing the studio workflow of jobs and overseeing a team of four.

Senior Creative Artworker & Digital Designer

Responsibilities:

Promotional, automotive, campaign work for print, point of sale, HTML emailers, flash animation and homepage takeovers, web banners and advertorials. Managing the studio workflow of jobs on a shared basis with another colleague and also operating as the company’s go-to retoucher. Regularly tasked with pushing conceptual boundaries but still adhering to brand guidelines. I was also part of a team of six who attended proactive, brainstorming sessions in my 7 years here, which led to myself managing to win a bronze and a silver award for HPS at the Fresh Design Awards in Manchester.

Weekly design and artwork of the 68pp Tottenham Hotspur Football Programme, operating to an incredibly tight deadline. Plus crafting of P.O.S. material and communications for Diageo GB covering the U.K. drinks sector with brands such as Guinness, Gordons & Smirnoff.
